Service Bookings

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 24–48 hours will receive a 50% refund.
• No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

Gift Vouchers

• Non-refundable but can be exchanged for another service or product.
• Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Digital Products (eBooks, Audio, Courses)

• Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, provided the product has not been downloaded or accessed.
• After 7 days, all sales are final.
